The upcoming year will bring us an entirely new playfield when we are opening our service for all students in Finland and doubling our potential customer reach. 

Thus we are looking for a Sales Associate to join our team!

We at Frank believe in learning by doing, but for this position you should already have experience in sales (preferably b2b).

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Prospecting and contacting new potential B2B customers 
• Creating, producing and sending sales materials and presentations to potential customers
• Arranging sales meetings
• New sales and contract renewals to reach monthly sales targets
• Managing your personal sales pipeline 
• Collaboration and communication with marketing & partner management teams

What we expect from you:

• Fluent skills in Finnish and English is a must and in Swedish is an advantage
  
• Energetic and active take on work 
• Willingness to constantly develop yourself and measure your performance
• Strong drive and an ABC attitude
• Experience in CRM tools such as Salesforce is a plus 
• Excellent communication skills 
• Commitment to our company values: 1) student comes first, 2) be frank, and 3) do, learn, repeat.

We work with ~200 business clients and the number is growing constantly - this is where You step in! Innovative thinking will help you in finding new business customers and closing deals with them. In addition to businesses, Frank serves students in Finland, which is the most interesting and fast moving group of 0.5 million individuals to work for and with. Our office is located in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki.
