The innovative dual-lense camera technology records the entire pitch at all times, with two 4K high-resolution sports action lenses. Our intelligent software automatically follows the ball to create a broadcast view, while allowing you the controls with a simple click of your mouse. Our solution is developing better athletes. We know players are visual learners, seeing themselves play rather than being told of their mistakes is more effective and likely to produce results. 

About the job

We are growing our research and engineering team, and we're looking for an experienced leader, to manage teams, prioritise tasks and maintain our company culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple teams in the engineering department
• Build management structures to prioritise and forecast the development of projects in line with our roadmap
• Hire and onboard new engineers
• Inspire and lead a team through clear goals and accountability.
• Drive execution of product and platform initiatives across the product development teams.
• Maintain secure, scalable infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business and product leadership to effectively communicate progress against goals.

Requirements

• A technologist having led teams of engineers
• 10+ years of overall engineering experience
• Experience as an exceptional people manager
• Comfortable managing a distributed team
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• A relentless drive and collaborative spirit
• Strong detail orientation, work ethic, and time management
• Proactive willingness to get your hands dirty and pitch in where needed
