Airtame is looking for a Junior Account Manager to help us amplify our presence in our key region, DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). As a Junior Account Manager, you will convert inbound sale prospects, develop relationships with our customers and collaborate with our teams in Copenhagen and New York.

Your tasks

• Turn incoming hot leads into customers through live-chat, calls, and web demo calls.
• Reach out to customers to understand the scope of the opportunity for further sales.
• Work in close collaboration with our Regional DACH Account Manager to strategically grow the market by defining, implementing and executing key initiatives.
• Work in close collaboration with our Customer Success team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with your colleagues to optimize sales operations.

Requirements

• Driven to gain B2B sales experience.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Organized, structured and understand that sales is a numbers game.
• Goal oriented, with a track record of overachievement.
• Passionate about teamwork with a drive for getting things done.
• You are tech savvy and you are excited by technology and its influence on your daily life.
