The SUPERB Story 🔥
We started in a small room in Frederiksberg in 2017, building software to help high-end restaurants avoid no-shows and work with data through reservations. Within twelve months, we grew from a few customers in Denmark to serving restaurants in over 28 countries, including the world's most number one restaurant by the World’s 50 Best List: Osteria Francescana. We knew that restaurants wanted more insights about their guests and business performance, but their current systems did not allow them as they were fragmented and outdated. We decided to build the first all-in-one platform to run a restaurant, to make restaurant people run better businesses. In 2018, we got backed by the biggest venture capital firm in Denmark to perfect our GXM platform and make it ready on an international scale. Our headquarter is in the center of Copenhagen, filled with 20+ amazing people with backgrounds from Uber, Joe & Juice and Red Bull, joined together to help built the SUPERB brand and spread the Guest Experience Management category to restaurants across to the world. 🌏

WHO WE NEED ✍
We are seeking a creative copywriter/content writer to join our content team and support the execution of our content strategy to grow our community and successfully reach our goal of changing the way restaurants work. We recently introduced our newest media called ‘Experience Matters’ featuring stores and insights from restaurants in our community. We are currently producing blog posts, articles, social media and newsletters showcasing interesting stories, interviews, and news the community.
Working in close collaboration with our head of content and communication your finest task will be to develop and define our tone of voice and embed it into our content strategy and share our vision by writing compelling blog posts, articles, newsletters, SoMe Content, and press releases evolved around restaurants using our product and our vision.
WHO YOU ARE 💡
Our ideal candidate is a magician with words who know how to communicate in a compelling and engaging way whether it concerns writing an interesting story about a restaurant or crafting a story about SUPERB for the press. You are passionate about the art of storytelling and know how to properly investigate and identify your audience and adapt your content to match their characteristics. Experience with writing engaging and compelling blog posts, newsletters, content for some and press (in some degree) is a must. Ideally, you have a background within journalism and some experience within the field of lifestyle, magazine our hospitality.
