We are Airofit, a Danish originated but international oriented company, making athletes perform better by using our newly developed device and software solution. Your position

You will be working as a Project Manager and be responsible for the production of our new existing product. You will manage our external development consultants and will secure a smooth cooperation between factories and suppliers. You will have to manage the production schedule and make sure deadlines are met, without compromising the quality of our products. 

Your profile

You are a structured and well-organized person, able to meet deadlines and also push others to do so. Preferably, you have 2-5 year of experience in Project Management or in working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. It is important that you have a technical background, preferably from your studies or previous experience. You can work independently and keep your head cool in stressful situations. Moreover, it is important that you have strong interpersonal skills and can easily communicate with our stakeholders. 

In other words – you are structured Project Manager that can make the plans become real, as well as a people’s person who can handle colleagues and customers with a positive attitude.

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of our production plan
• Ensure that deadlines are met, within scope and budget
• Develop and follow up on a detailed project plan in order to monitor and track progress
• Manage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with external consultants and vendors
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Meet with stakeholders and establish specific requirements for the project
• Use and continually develop leadership skills
