We're looking for an ambitious marketing student or recent graduate to join the Pleo marketing team as a Marketing Associate for the German market. You will be a part of a small, but highly effective team, working across different units within marketing and sales to help us establish our presence and establish strong growth across Germany. This is an incredible opportunity to kickstart your marketing career by climbing aboard the Pleo rocket ship, one of the fastest growing Danish startups.

The ideal candidate for this role should be a highly efficient, detail oriented and growth minded individual who is up to date with the latest digital marketing and sales trends, tools, tactics and approaches across different disciplines.

The skills you need to master this role

• Native / native-level German 
• Professional proficiency in English (it's our working language!) 
• Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written 
• Curiosity, creativity and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Interest and understanding of Digital Marketing, Social Media and SEO 
• Strong interest and curiosity in current digital marketing trends trends (are you up to date?) 
• A recent graduate from a study related to Marketing, Communication, Business is a plus 

Your day to day in this role 

• Assisting our content lead with local SEO keyword research and new creative content approaches 
• Translating content
• Identifying distribution opportunities
• Working in between marketing and sales to help us improve our internal processes, through refining our language and collateral for specific target markets
• Researching and implementing tools to make our marketing team run more efficiently 
• Following the the latest trends in the our industry and the B2B marketing space
• Translating these marketing trends into practical experiments we can run at Pleo
• Consistent surveillance of new growth opportunities or channels for the German market
