We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our growing team in Copenhagen.


The job has two sides to it. On one hand, it is your responsibility to support the daily operation in our office which covers administration, purchasing, executive assistance, assist on-boarding of new hires etc. On the other hand you will help facilitate inspiring events, Friday bars etc. and to help the Sales & Marketing making sure Social Media channels are up-to-date with content.

Because you will take part in a variety of tasks, you need to be a fast learner and structured. You're an open person that is able to work independently. 

Moreover, we imagine that you:

  • Have experience working with office management
  • Are structured and flair for administration
  • Have familiarity with email and calendar tools for scheduling etc.
  • Have good time management skills and ability to prioritise work​
  • Have a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements​
  • Are fluent in both written and spoken English
