We at WTMG are looking for a new project manager for our WTMG-family! As a project manager at WTMG, you are the link between the customer and the team. With a clear business mindset, you work with new as well as existing customers to tailor a solution that fits their digital IT needs.

What will you do?

• Build teams of developers along projects
• Schedule, follow up and report on the project's activities
• Budget and report the project's financial results
• Run projects from start to finish
• Current reconciliations with all parties
• Exceed customer expectations
• Have fun at work

Since our projects often have a high technical degree, previous experience from project management or development is required, as well as a knowledge to understand the web from a user perspective. That's why we'd love to see you:

• At least 3+ years of experience as project manager or equivalent managerial position in IT projects
• Have knowledge and experience of both established project management models and of agile working methods
• Have experience in building customer relationships
• Think development is exciting and has transparency in programming
• Good communicator, both in writing and speech in Swedish and English
• Is a social chameleon and used to many contact surfaces
• Like to lead and work in teams
