As part of our customer success team you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction for our valued customers, making sure they can make the most of Findify’s product – an advanced machine learning algorithm within search personalization for e-commerce. As demand for our product continues to increase, we are on a journey to grow the team substantially in 2019. We’d love for you to join us.
About the role:
The customer success team is critical to ensure that our customers get the most out of Findify. You will be the bridge between our customers and our product, helping us understand better the customer’s needs, and helping them understand better what our product can do for them.
