As part of our customer success team you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of satisfaction for our valued customers, making sure they can make the most of Findify’s product – an advanced machine learning algorithm within search personalization for e-commerce. As demand for our product continues to increase, we are on a journey to grow the team substantially in 2019. We’d love for you to join us.


About the role:

The customer success team is critical to ensure that our customers get the most out of Findify. You will be the bridge between our customers and our product, helping us understand better the customer’s needs, and helping them understand better what our product can do for them.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their needs and design and implement personalized solutions for them on the Findify platform
  • Guiding and supporting customers throughout the product lifecycle from the on-boarding and adoption phases until deployment
  • Serving as the point of contact when it comes to technical questions and challenges including escalating to our engineering team when needed and following up until resolution
  • Sharing knowledge about the customer’s needs with the sales, partnerships, product and engineering team so that we can continue adding features that delight them

About you:

You love developing technical projects from phase to phase and get satisfaction from making customers happy by tailoring the right solutions to them.

You are:

  • Initiative-taking; you are self-motivated, a doer, and can drive projects from start to finish
  • A team-player; you are comfortable working with different styles and believe (like us) that together we achieve much more than alone
  • Driven; working hard to achieve a goal you care about and running several projects in parallel is no stranger to you
  • A great communicator; you are comfortable in communicating in English both written and oral, including explaining your technical development to internal and external partners
  • Located within time zone CET +/-2

You have:

  • At least 1 year of development experience
  • Good knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
  • An understanding of how browsers work and the ability to debug performance issues in them

We’d be extra impressed if you also have:

  • Experience working with React and Node.js
  • Experience with ecommerce / SaaS companies
  • Experience in working in/with remote teams
  • Experience in working in agile/lean methodologies
  • A side project or blog that showcases your passion
