Rainmaking Ventures is a venture development company. We invent, build and launch startups with the world’s most influential companies. The Hub and +impact are the go-to platforms for startups in the Nordics. In collaboration with Danske Bank, we seek to ease the life of entrepreneurs and assist the growth of startups by providing access to recruitment, funding, events, best practice tools and expert advice. We are now looking for an outstanding part-time Project Assistants to help grow the Hub and +impact across Nordics.

As a match for the role, you should be eager to work hands-on with the daily operations of a startup and collaborate closely with your fellow team members.  This is a junior position: we imagine that you are starting or have recently started your Bachelor.

The position is part time with about 15-20 hours a week and fits very well as a student job.

Your tasks will include

• Assist with customer relations

• Lead platform quality assurance including screening companies, jobs, challenges, events, applicants and coordinating inbound clients, users and relationships requests.

• Contribute to the upkeep and management of our CRM system

• Screen and carry out basic due diligence on inbound users and content, including startups, jobs, challenges, events and applicants 

• Maintain and curate the platform to the highest standard (fixing logos, reporting bugs, feedbacking on content to be improved)

• Assist with event planning and execution

• Ability to juggle multiple projects and tasks at once

• A systematic, detail-oriented mindset 

• Interest in leading taskforces and collaborate with other members of the team 

• Ambition, motivation and enthusiasm 

• Eagerness to learn new skills as required

• Solution-orientation and readiness to tackle unexpected challenges 

• Proactivity, energy and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude 

• Command of a Nordic language and fluency in English

Bonus points for

• Good knowledge of the Nordic startup ecosystem

• Previous experience with project management tools like HubSpot and Trello

• An interest in entrepreneurship and impact innovation
