About the role

The product team is responsible for all product development in the company. As a Product Tester, you will have an important role in the team researching and conducting user testing with our customers before we start developing products. When the development team delivers the projects, we will also expect you to test everything carefully before we release it to our customers. 

Some of your daily tasks would be;

  • Suggest research and testing projects according to the product roadmap. 
  • Create research and testing plans and carry out the interviews and tests together with product owners and UX designers. 
  • Summarising the results and feedback and relay that to the team. 
  • Create test cases and perform acceptance tests. 
  • Write information about new functionality to our support portal and inform internal stakeholders about new functions and features in the platform.

Your background and prior experiences;

  • You have a keen interest in the field of behavioural science and preferably some kind of training/education in this area.
  • You have experience of conducting user-centric qualitative and quantitative studies using techniques such as: think aloud tests, interviews, and surveys. 
  • You are comfortable in a cloud-based software environment and with agile development teams. 
  • If you have a background from UX and design and/or experience from acceptance testing that is a huge plus.
  • You are fluent in Swedish and English oral and written.
