We're looking for an SEO & CRO Specialist to join our growing marketing team! In this role, you’ll improve SEO, content and conversion rate strategies at Kisi. We’re looking for an analytical and curious person that is familiar with tools like Search Console and Google Analytics, but also has a genuine interest in content marketing and is eager to learn the latest trends in the field!

Responsibilities

• Drive SEO growth by improving existing content, identify content optimization opportunities, create marketing material, perform outreach to grow our backlink profile and work on other specific projects.
• Track main KPIs and report on the impact of the actions taken.
• Help the marketing team sustain a double-digit month-over-month organic traffic growth.
• Take actions to improve conversion rate and ensure all landing pages meet the search intent of our users.
• Ensure that Kisi’s online content is easily found and viewed by potential and current customers.

Requirements

• Previous experience working with a marketing team in a similar role.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, SEO and content strategies.
• Excellent editing and writing English skills.
• Interested in a content-focused role, but ready to expand the level of responsibilities to other SEO and CRO topics.
• You’ll be working closely with the content team and it’s important that you’re a team player who enjoys working in a creative and fast-paced environment.
