WHO WE NEED

We are looking for an ambitious and talented content creator with a serious flair for graphic design to join our small marketing team. You will dive deep into our brand identity to create and disseminate compelling and stunning content. You are ready to join our ever-growing team at an important stage and actively contribute to pushing the boundaries in terms of the content we produce. 

As our content creator, you will be responsible for creating a variety of content for all levels of the marketing funnel as well as, assisting our customer engagement team to create the most visually engaging, educational content for our customers. You will work closely with our Head of Content to execute content strategies to support the development of beautiful, engaging and educational content about our product, customers and the restaurant industry. 

Your goal is to establish and drive forward a unified and sleek brand identity across all our channels, showcasing our community of the world’s best chefs, restaurants and culinary personalities. Simple 😉

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As part of your work with the marketing team, you will :

  • Develop and execute content strategies for our SoMe platforms and our blog as well as supporting our ongoing campaigns.
  • Take control of our SoMe channels and drive forward engagement with our content. 
  • Collaborate, design and execute newsletter flows in line with new product releases. 
  • Contribute to the strategic development of the marketing department.

As part of your work with the Customer Engagement team:

  • Collaborate with the engagement team to understand the educational needs of the customers and lead the develop of the educational content needed. 
  • Create visually beautiful educational material.
  • Continually explore the best mediums through which to provide educational content and execute per your results. 

REQUIREMENTS

CREATIVE MINDSET

You have the ability to take ideas and transform them into stunning concepts. You are not scared to venture outside the box and you are always expanding the ways in which you communicate and present your work.

CLEAN DESIGN SKILLS

You know good design when you see it and you are passionate about creating visually compelling materials to drive forward brand identity. 

SELF-STARTER 

You thrive working independently (yet collaboratively). You don’t have to wait to be told what to do. You are passionate about the world of content creation and are continually researching the latest trends and approaches and finding new ways to push the boundaries. 

COMMUNICATOR 

Your graphic design skills are matched only by your ability to communicate in writing. You are a wordsmith and you like to experiment with writing styles to portray your message in the best possible way. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design
  • Previous experience working in content creation or marketing positions, with proven track record of SoMe management
  • Experience working in community management, multimedia design and video editing considered a plus.
  • Great communication skills. Fluency in English (written and spoken) is a MUST.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (etc.).
  • Know how to express a message in a clear and creative way.
