We are looking for an experienced and well-organized Sales Operations Specialist. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and learn in a fast-paced, and rapidly growing ad-tech company.

About the role

Your mission will be to ensure processes are running smoothly and efficiently in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Your goal is to facilitate the team’s activities so as to maximise their performance.

You will perform, organise, and streamline sales operations by leveraging technology. You will have high attention to detail while monitoring for problems, taking immediate action where possible and escalating when needed.

You will be expected to gain an understanding of our processes, systems, people, and sales strategy to anticipate the need and offer solutions. In this role you need to be detail oriented, solutions/process focused, and a team player with an ability to handle multiple, and often shifting priorities.

Your main responsibilities

  • Ensure data in Salesforce is entered accurately in a timely fashion.
  • Support in gathering development requirements of Salesforce from stakeholders and coordinate the development of Salesforce.
  • Administrate licenses for the commercial tech stack.    
  • Responsible for the distribution of leads and accounts to the sales team.
  • Follow up distributed leads and accounts with the sales team, and making sure appropriate actions have been taken.
  • Identify and map relevant fairs/events for the sales team to attend. Involve the sales development team with booking meetings with prospects before fairs/events taking place.
  • Support pipeline and opportunity reviews with the sales team.      
  • Generate a variety of reports and provide statistics and regular reporting on sales.
  • Work with Sales Director to support the implementation of new initiatives and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, experience as a sales operations specialist or in other administrative position will be considered a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and MS Office (MS Excel in particular).
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A team player with a high level of dedication.
  • Proficiency in English.
