Salary Competitive

Working with our two global consumer brands Nordgreen and MessyWeekend you will be responsible for answering customer queries via Zendesk (knowledge to the platform is not a must), Facebook Messenger, handling other customer inquiries, reviews and much more! You will be reporting to our Head of Customer Service.


Handling overflow contacts from the all over the world in collaboration with our Head of Customer Service and Country Managers;

  • Responding to queries received via Social Media and/or Live Chat;
  • Assisting with upselling products on certain pages through Nordgreen's live communication tool;
  • Gathering product and process feedback;
  • Occasional translation of content for certain messages which have to be send out to the global customer database;
  • Manage reviews on various third party platforms
  • Assisting with our continuous product development-process based on customer feedback and macro-level analyses
  • Developing and implementing initiatives to improve the customer experience
  • Provide regular reporting of customer service complaints to necessary team heads
