Our Customer Success Team is looking for a service-minded person with strong technical skills who loves being the bridge between software/technology and the people who use it.

You will be the smiling person to our customers whenever they need to implement CLERK software or have questions about their current setup. It is natural for you to provide high quality customer service and make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. You will be responsible for running projects, so that all customers come onboard easily, making sure they are always excited to collaborate with Clerk.io.

 Your Responsibilities:

• Maximising customer success with CLERK.io's software.
• Training new customers with your expertise (setup, education, counseling).
• Working with customers to identify their needs and guide them on how to best reach their goals.
• Talking to existing customers and help them get the most out of their investment in CLERK.io's software.
• Basically: Make the customers as happy as possible.

Who are you?

• Fluent in Spanish with a perfect command of English.
• You are an unique communicator who loves to listen and help others.
• You have empathy and can present solutions that are relevant to the needs of our customers.
• Basic knowledge of HTTP, HTML, JavaScript and other web technologies. The most important thing is that you have a technical mindset and can help your customers in the best way possible.
• You have knowledge and passion about e-commerce.
• The ability to learn new technologies at lightning speed.
• A natural enthusiasm for solving problems and passion for providing extraordinary customer service.
• You have a flexible, hardworking and can-do attitude.

Above all, you like to take action. In many cases, you will be the leading Project Manager for various clients and you will be responsible for running the project.
