The role

We’re looking for an passionate multidisciplinary designer to join us. This is a essential role for us as an thoroughly design oriented company. The entire team cares deeply about great design and we’re now looking for someone to help us take our design team to the next level.

As a Product Designer at Karma you will work closely to the rest of the product team to build the things where our users interact with our brand. Your mission is to guide, simplify and delight. You have a keen eye for detail and you have a proven ability to prototype, test, and deliver user friendly interfaces and beautiful graphic design. You are able to demonstrate conceptual thinking, to follow direction, maintain brand consistency, and efficiently work on multiple projects simultaneously. As a designer at Karma you also have good understanding of basic UX principles, keeping an eye on the overarching message and tone.

We are still in the early stages of our journey, so the things you build here will have tremendous impact on both our business and Karma as a company. You will be working close to our users, acting on both their feedback and what our data says.
