We are looking for a skilled Office Coordinator Assistant to undertake a variety of day-to-day office tasks.
Responsibilities:
Supporting the Administrative Coordinator and finding ways to improve the administrative processes.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas. Collect all cups and plates from the desks and place them into the dishwasher, replacing clean cups, collecting cans and bottles from around the office, watering plants, etc.
Assist in planning company routines (Breakfast, Friday bar, Company Events).
Placing online orders of food and beverages for the entire office.
Ordering and planning stock of office supplies.
Requirements:
Interpersonal skills – Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
Independence with ability to work individually and as part of a team.
