Customer Support Intern - Italian Market

Become a part of a growing start-up at a crucial time. You will be part of our customer experience team, providing support to our Italian customers. You will report to the head of Customer Experience and will be the crucial link between our support services and our Italian customers.


Your primary tasks:

  • Providing world class support to our Italian customers via chat and telephone.
  • Providing feedback to the customer experience team from our Italian customers

The essentials:

  • Fluency in Italian and English (it’s our company language)
  • Customer-service mindset
  • Great communication skills (written and spoken)
  • Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.

Would be nice to have:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience from within the restaurant industry in order to understand with the perspectives of our clients
