As our fantastic Growth Manager you will lead the day-to-day Strategy Tools’ SaaS marketing, channel development, pricing, user acquisition and user growth. Working with the global team, you will build digital strategies, design, manage, analyze, and optimize campaigns to drive the overall user growth. You are very welcome to experiment wildly and test out any new concept, channel or technology.
Your mission will be growing the user base and making sure our early users love the digital experience.
You will be a key part of the long-term development of Strategy Tools, taking it from an early startup to a high-impact strategy SaaS company. BTW; we already have early users in 18 countries. With your help we want to reach all 195.
About you:
You probably have a part technical, part marketing & business background. You have a burning desire to become a really, really, really great Growth Hacker (and we mean really!). You have some experience, but probably only one job since you left school. You might still be in school, looking for something to do once you graduate. That’s an option too.

The Role:
• Early digital role in a high-growth strategy SaaS company
• Key role in designing and running growth hacking and digital marketing
• Design and build a fully automated marketing engine
• Run and operate our full marketing stack, from CRM, Active campaigns, Google Analytics, ++
• Help develop and iterate on personas and user journeys
• Develop smart lead prospecting
• Drive user traffic, conversion onto platform
• Help shape the end-to-end marketing strategies, both digital and analogue
• Define marketing strategies for Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube and more
• Run and iterate multiple A/B tests on personas, price, messaging and more
• Automate our Newsletter
• Help define and build a superb user on-boarding and customer success
• Drive revenue growth, MRR, ARR,
Profile of Growth Manager:
1-5 years experience in building and running digital marketing
A burning desire to learn new SaaS B2Bg growth hacks
Experience using (or the ability to quickly learn) Active Campaign, Google Analytics, Chat Bots, Digital Marketing Tools
Top three metrics:
• Registered users on site
