We are looking for an energetic and motivated Photo Assistant, who understands our ambition of growing the vintage luxury market. Joining our team, you'll get first hand experience with luxury product photography, fashion shoots and much more. You'll develop your technical skills, and become part of a young, dynamic team. Along your journey, you will assist the Head Photographer and Creative Team planning, setting up and retouching in our studio and on location.

As an important team member, you will have the opportunity to work directly with the Head Photographer, learning from their experience within speciality fields such as Product Photography, Bulk Editing, 

YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH

• Photo retouching: Using the Adobe Creative Suite, you will correct background on packshots / product photography, including dust removal, cropping, adjusting contrast, tone and lightning and more. 
• Planning: Keep track of schedules and long term planing for production photography. 
• Distribution: Part of your job will involve distributing edited photos to the website backend, clients an/or to print.
• Assistance before and during photo shoots: You will help the Head Photographer plan photo shoots, including location scouting, gathering equipment and managing clients, models etc. 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Fluency in English. Any of the Scandinavian languages (Danish/Swedish/Norwegian) is a plus.
• Artistic and technically skills. You should feel at home working with professional equipment.
• Experience with Nikon cameras and lenses.
• Efficient with studio lighting, including packs & heads.
• Retouching and photo enhancing skills.
• Proficient user of Mac OS & Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Illustrator)
• Ability to contribute to the creative direction and concept development in THEBROWNPAPERBAGS’s spirit
• Ability to take (and give) direction, make decisions and efficiently prioritise and organise workloads within a fast-paced environment.
  
• Organised and good at working independently as well as in teams.
• Self-motivated team player with a drive for getting things done.
• You bring a positive attitude to any project and easily motivate others.
  
• Applicable work permit required in Denmark.
• You are pro-active and never give up before the mission is complete
