What are we looking for?

We're looking for Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our Inside Sales Team in Copenhagen. The bar has been set high, but if you’re ready to be part of a world-class sales team with a unique and ambitious career model, don’t stop reading.

As a Dixa BDR you will be responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing sourced leads.

You'll be the front line of the Dixa sales team, and will drive awareness and interest in our customer service software in a territory and/or vertical. You'll be working closely with the marketing and account executive team to drive pipeline, demos and meetings.

We are looking for profiles with the specific qualities listed below. Of course we understand that you might not have all of these skills, which is why being a fast learner is key.

We believe in the mantra 'hire for attitude, train for skills', which is why we invest massively in setting all new hires up for success by making sure you receive the appropriate training in articulating and evangelizing Dixa’s business benefits, as well as generating leads using our CRM system and a variety of other smart prospecting tools.

Requirements

A successful Business Development Representative at Dixa can show and prove the following skills:

  • Optimistic and positive mindset
  • Team-oriented and collaborative nature 
  • Fundamental drive to be successful
  • Ability to work hard and deliver value to our prospects and customers
  • Willingness to take personal ownership to be successful in the role
  • Ability to “connect the dots” and “figure it out” - SaaS, tech, prospecting and social business networks can be a complex mix
  • Aptitude for thriving when challenged 
  • Drive to overachieve against your quota, and and go above and beyond for your team to succeed 
  • Genuine curiosity about people, technology and business, with excellent listening skills
  • Strong track record of performance in a previous role or in University/Business School
  • Attention to detail, an organized mindset and an ability to manage time effectively
  • Competitive nature in some field (e.g. sport, athletics etc.) is a plus
  • SaaS knowledge or sales experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Danish is not a requirement, but English is)
