Monthio is a fintech company with the ambition to redefine todays banking services by launching an innovative financial assistant, that will enable people to achieve a healthier financial life, saving money and time - we are planning to launch our first services in DK in 2019. Though we’re a young company, we have already attracted a first round of funding and build a strong and very experienced Advisory Board, that will support our company’s exciting journey.

THE JOB

We are looking for a highly qualified CTO/Lead Developer, who will join a small team of skilled people. The ideal candidate will be a creative full stack developer, experienced in building, managing, and running complex platforms and apps as well as complex data-science models (AI).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide visionary leadership and clear strategic direction
• Lead technical scrums and agile project implementation 
• Motivate and provide strategic leadership to top tier engineers and data scientists
• Implement and maintain existing and new services and features (both backend/frontend)
• Build a strong organizational structure together with management
• Ensure high quality code by defining and applying best practices
• Co-coordinate with Product owner(s), external resources/off-shoring, to ensure world class quality
• Leverage and integrate best in class system- and data security

  YOU WILL NEED: 

• 5+ years professional experience and a self-driven approach
• Strong passion for data science and software development
• Experience or just strong eager to learn and implement AI
• Fluent/strong knowledge .NET Core and Python
• Strong executing skills on tight time estimates, with multiple deliveries

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU HAVE: 

• Taken a consumer product (mobile first type) to marked or other relevant experience
• Experience with writing automated unit and E2E tests and security best practices
• Fintech experience a plus
