The role

Airtame is seeking a professional Accountant with a clear sense of order and control of numbers to join our small finance team. This team is primarily responsible for developing the financial function of the company and supporting the rapid growth of Airtame.

Your tasks

• Management of debtor and creditor accounts including bookkeeping.
• Secure invoice approvals etc.
• Management of bank payments.
• Reconciliation of various balance sheets accounts.
• Reporting of VAT and Intrastat.
• Managing wages (using Danløn).
• Preparation of monthly and year-end closing.
• Participating in controlling and internal reporting.
• Active participating in team projects and other process improvements for the finance function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent practical experience.
• Solid experience with accounting and reporting, including knowledge about the Danish accounting act.
• Good understanding and experience with VAT rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, growing environment.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks at a time independently.
