At Practio our UX&Design team is responsible for the user experience across all touchpoints. This includes the core products (service tools, website and apps) and offline marketing material, in-store experience, social media etc. The team ultimately connects all the dots to provide the user with a seamless experience across our platform.

To successfully navigate within a complex environment where tech meets medical, we take a research-oriented approach to creating new and innovative solutions for the health care sector. We focus on process and constant reflection to become even better at what we do. We love asking questions to understand and learn from the experts in the field – and cherish our creative space to continuously grow our own passionate ideas.


You will 


• Design experiences that are simple, elegant and easy to navigate
• Develop a solid design system across platforms and domains
• Create mockups and steer feedback from key stakeholders within business, medical and tech
• Finalize layout for direct implementation including quality assurance
• Continuously assist to develop our product portfolio and our brand appearance both online and offline
• Be a teamplayer and a good friend who will contribute to our unpretentious culture

You hold


• 3+ years of experience in product design
• Experience with relevant design and prototyping tools (ex. Figma, Sketch, InVision and InDesign)
• Experience in working closely with the software development team.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions
  
• Ability to balance perfection and rational decisions
• A strong portfolio featuring examples of design projects
