Organic Basics is on an amazing journey creating a new sustainable standard in the underwear industry. Demand for our product is growing quickly internationally, and we are looking for the right person to build Organic Basics on the international wholesale scene.


We are looking for an open person with a passion for sustainable fashion and who wants to be the face of Organic Basics to all of our International partners. To be successful in this position we look for someone with a big drive and focus on results across all responsible areas. 

You will be responsible for building the Organic Basics in-store brand experience through global wholesale channels. With a strong presence online and on social media our next step is to build Organic Basics through a shop in shop experience built on strong storytelling and recognizable POS material. 

Your primary responsibilities: 

  • Represent Organic Basics globally.
  • Manage sales activity.
  • Responsibility to open and maintain key accounts.
  • Maintain and service all customer relations.
  • Update sales numbers and maintain budgets.
  • Daily contact with agents and distributors.
  • Work focused on relevant KPI’s.
  • Follow up and develop the sales strategy.
  • Schedule and execute line release and sales meetings
  • Sales training and development of new sales tools.
  • PR- and Marketing 
  • Ensure an efficient collaboration between the rest of the Organic Basics organization
  • Handling of all orders in sync with our 3PL warehouse.
  • Daily problem solving.

About you: 

We imagine that you have at least 3 years of experience, a go-getter attitude and a heart beating to make fashion more sustainable. We imagine that you have experience with international sales in fashion and love travelling and meeting new cultures. 

  • An all-star who takes ownership (and pride in) your work.
  • You have +3 years of previous experience working with international sales in fashion. 
  • Have experience or a genuine interest in Fashion and sustainability .
  • Genuine interst in telling stories and sharing knowledge about sustainability in fashion .
  • A good negotiator.
  • Keeps an overview – even in stressed situations .
  • Good at building strong relations. 
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
  • Have a strong sense of ownership over your tasks.
  • Deliver when working independently but also know how to support colleagues in their efforts.
  • You have an entrepreneurial “I’ll figure this out” kind of spirit.
  • Want to work in a fun as environment that gives you a chance to be at your best.

Headquartered in Copenhagen - Organic Basics is building the more sustainable alternative to modern lifestyle and fashion brands. We work with organic and recycled materials - and European factories that minimise their environmental footprint in order to create our underwear, activewear and everyday essentials in the best way possible.Our team consists of fabric geeks, environmental activists and everything in between. Here’s the story. Three Danish school friends (Alexander Christiansen, COO. Mads Fibiger CFO and Christoffer Immanuel, CEO) didn’t like any of the underwear we wore - so we decided to make it better. No fashion school - no experience - no dots were connected and nobody said “ah, that makes sense”. But Organic Basics was born anyway. Back then we didn’t exactly think that sustainability was going to be at the centre of the fashion conversation today either - but we knew something was wrong with the industry. So we wanted to create a brand with purpose and meaning - to create something that we wanted towear ourselves. Sustainability had to be at the core of everything.That meant choosing environmentally friendly fabrics, partnering with responsible and transparent factories and designing products for longevity. Sustainability is always at the core - that’s what drives us to innovate and develop.
