Do you have a real passion for customer experience? We are looking for a full-time Customer Support Intern who will interact with our Danish players. You will join our small Customer Support Team and work in an inspirational and fast-moving environment with visionary people.

What is Pointvoucher Studios?

Pointvoucher is a platform that provides a mobile loyalty Software Development Kit (SDK) containing a voucher marketplace which enables game and app developers to increase engagement, retention, and monetisation in their apps and to collect valuable GDPR compliant data. With a few lines of code, developers can connect their apps to Pointvoucher’s platform and enable their users to exchange the time spend in the app into real-life rewards through vouchers, for example, a free cup of coffee, cinema tickets or a prize draw tickets for larger prizes. Alongside the company also runs a Mobile Gaming Studio called Pointvoucher Studios.

We are a startup driven by serial entrepreneurs that have the balls to think big and want to do something amazing. The company is currently based in Copenhagen and London.

You will 

• Manage customer requests on the Zendesk platform.
• Communicate and collaborate with our tech department.
• Gather feedback, report and identify opportunities for service and product improvement.
• Gather analytics data and make reports to partners.
• Contribute with putting new ideas into practice.

You have 

• A strong sense of customer needs and the ability to communicate with different characters.
• Fantastic problem-solving skills.
• An interest in mobile gaming and tech.
• A desire to work in a startup with all the challenges and opportunities that follow!

• Fluent in Danish both verbal and written; other languages will be an advantage.
• A person who pays attention to detail and follows up on tasks.
