Woshapp is currently seeking an Operations Administrator to coordinate and administer the company's Woshapp team in the field to ensure successful delivery of current and future client's staffing needs.
As an Operations Administrator you will be the first line of contact between our car washers (“Woshers”) in the field, our sales team and our clients. This position oversees all aspects of scheduling, staffing and timekeeping. Duties include creating and maintaining weekly schedules, including ensuring that all clients are fully staffed for the work day/week, backfill any unplanned vacant shifts for that day and future scheduling of coverage for the planned scheduled absences. The position requires, from time to time weekend work. Travels might be required.
