At Roger, we're changing B2B payments for good. With users and customers in both the Nordics and in the US, and a large amount of partnerships with Bookkeepers and Accountants, our pace is high and we aim to keep the excellent standard we have set for customer service in the future. As a team, we're a close-knit, mostly remote group of people, with offices in CPH and SF. We're looking for a colleague for our Copenhagen office to set the bar for our support team as high as possible.
As a member of the customer support team in Roger's Copenhagen office, you will be an integral part of an 18-person global team of engineers, support- and salespeople. You will work closely with the current customer support team to answer support tickets, and with the engineering team to identify and solve product bugs. Your work will be global, but your physical work location will be in Copenhagen.
