At Roger, we're changing B2B payments for good. With users and customers in both the Nordics and in the US, and a large amount of partnerships with Bookkeepers and Accountants, our pace is high and we aim to keep the excellent standard we have set for customer service in the future. As a team, we're a close-knit, mostly remote group of people, with offices in CPH and SF. We're looking for a colleague for our Copenhagen office to set the bar for our support team as high as possible.


As a member of the customer support team in Roger's Copenhagen office, you will be an integral part of an 18-person global team of engineers, support- and salespeople. You will work closely with the current customer support team to answer support tickets, and with the engineering team to identify and solve product bugs. Your work will be global, but your physical work location will be in Copenhagen. 

Your attitude and your enthusiasm to learn are much more important than your educational background, so we encourage anyone who can recognize themselves in the following characteristics to apply: 

  • excellent communication skills both over the phone and in writing (Danish and English). 
  • you are friendly and always keep a cool head and a calm tone
  • you strive to handle each situation to a very high standard mixed with an ability to move quickly 
  • you have an interest in software products and an eagerness to learn more about this industry
  • you can communicate bugs and product user experience challenges clearly back to the engineering team
  • you have a typical  "can do attitude". You're a problem solver and no issue is too big for you to dig into. 
  • you love the prospect of being part of a small fast-paced team where things aren't always smooth, but where you will never be bored
  • you're excited about the possibility to work in a startup, and not do the typical 9 to 5 grind.

Our team is spread all around the world - more specifically in San Francisco, Copenhagen, Riyadh, and Vancouver.
