Swappie is making buying used smart phones main-stream. We have just expanded in Sweden this year, and now we're looking for more help to improve our customer experience, as the demand is growing bigger and bigger.

We’re looking for a Swedish speaking customer service representative to join our team at out Helsinki office. Native Swedish or Swedish with native fluency required. Your tasks would include customer service via chats and phone, and developing our customer service experience further with your effort. You would also be helping in managing our social media channels in Sweden. 

You Have

• The ability to learn fast and adapt to fast paced startup environment
• Native level Swedish skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Good team working skills
• Previous experience in customer service in Sweden is seen as a plus!

Our customers can sell their used phones easily through our site and swap the phone to a new one. We fix each phone ourselves and then sell them in great condition with a proper warranty. We are working hard to make buying refurbished electronics more accessible by creating the most customer-friendly e-commerce site out there.

Since launching in Finland in 2016, we have grown extremely fast and have raised funding from the best investors in Finland – Lifeline Ventures (early investor of mobile gaming giant Supercell) and Reaktor Ventures. Now we are busy conquering new markets and expanding our operations internationally.
