THE JOB:
Plan and develop Epic's customer service to a top-notch level.
Managing our B2B customers.
Co-operate with the rest of the team.
Hustle offline marketing activities, events or video content for extra points.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
1+ years of work experience in a fast paced environment.
Proven track record of getting things done.
Self-starter, ability to work with brief instructions, and to follow things through.
Team player who is hungry to learn and to inspire.
Previous experience in customer service.
Fluent in Finnish and English.
