In the Relocation Manager role, you will be in charge of the end-to-end relocation process in Copenhagen and making sure people/clients who go through the process have a happy landing experience.

In the Relocation Manager role, you will be in charge of the end-to-end relocation process in Copenhagen and making sure people/clients who go through the process have a happy landing experience. You will be working closely with the Community & Housing Manager and will be reporting directly to the Country Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate & manage end-to-end relocation process (Work Permit Processing & Quick Start to Denmark) for LifeX members new to Copenhagen
• Coordinate & manage relocation partners (SIRI, International House, Danske Bank etc)
• Ongoing online & face-to-face support for members during relocation process
• Create content for the LifeX relocation platform in partnership with the product team
• Develop new partnerships to ease relocation process for newcomers
• Create & Implement add-on services for LifeX
• Administer invoices - with CFO
• Monitor policy changes in relation to the Danish law that affects the relocation process (taxes, acquiring Nem ID, registrations etc) & implement changes
• Manage day-to-day relations with partner companies who relocate their employees through LifeX - with Country Manager
• Attend relevant conferences/events about relocation of international employees
• Airport pick up for relocation customers and evaluate partners for future pick ups

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with customer service or relocation services
• Loves being around people and social by nature
• Fluent in English and in Danish
• Flexible work hours (for example, Airport Pick up in evenings or weekends)
• Experience living abroad or relocating to Denmark
