The upcoming year will bring us a completely new playfield when we are opening our service for all students in Finland and doubling our potential customer reach.

Community Manager to join our team!

We at Frank believe in learning by doing, but for this position you should already have experience about

• Student life in Finland
• Customers service in digital surroundings
• Developing Customer Experience
• Proactive customer communications
• Experience from Student Unions in Finland is a big plus

Your main responsibilities will be

• Managing and developing Frank’s customer service operations
• Managing and developing our user communications
• B2C customer satisfaction
• Developing Frank’s collaboration with the Student Unions
• Supporting our product development and marketing operations

What we expect from you

• We offer our service in Finnish, English and Swedish, so you should be fluent in these three languages.
• Excellent social intelligence
• Interest towards user experience in mobile services
• You are a natural with “the IT”. Experience from Zendesk is a plus.
• Excellent sense of – or willingness to figure out – what our users (students) want and need
• Innovative and problems solving can do attitude
• Professionalism in handling well customer service situations
• Commitment to our company values: 1) student comes first, 2) be frank, and 3) do, learn, repeat

We need you here asap, but by end of January 2019 the latest. This is a permanent position. We offer a monthly salary with lunch and phone benefit, 10 awesome colleagues and a chance to make a concrete difference through your work. We are heavily developing our service, so you won’t run out of new things, dilemmas and opportunities to work with. Frank serves the students in Finland, which is the most interesting and fast moving group of 0.5 million individuals to work for and with. Our office is located in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki.
