Screenful is a data analytics & visualisation startup based in Helsinki. Our analytics tools and visual dashboards are currently used by hundreds of customers in 40+ countries.

We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team. Do you have a passion for creating user friendly products using agile development processes and lean thinking? Example tasks and responsibilities

• Drive usage growth of the Screenful product
• Optimise the complete customer lifecycle including: onboarding, account growth, new feature adoption, and renewals
• Track metrics related to churn and other customer success measurements
• Run online campaigns and promotions, including Adwords, Facebook, and Twitter ads
• Teach new and existing users through email and phone support
• Landing page optimisation (working with multiple landing pages)
• Search engine optimisation, link building & social media
• Product analytics i.e. what our users are doing in our product?

Qualifications

• You are based in Helsinki
• Previous experience in sales, account management, marketing, or related role
• Strong understanding of customer success techniques and strategies
• Previous online marketing experience in a B2B setup
• Understanding of metrics related to SaaS subscription businesses
• Content marketing and copywriting experience and skills is a definite plus!
• Master's or Bachelor level education in a related field
