The Role

You'll be:

• a part of forming our strategy, culture and long-term vision
• a part of a very interesting and special startup
• having full responsibility and freedom to create and build our AI
• hands-on coding new algorithms and improve existing ones 
• gathering, storing and structuring data
• solving problems and implement new ideas as we go along
• mainly working from anywhere you want - but some joint-development projects require physical presence a few days a week
• given the opportunity to test, fail and learn at an exponential rate
• able to work with some of our bigger customers on joint-development projects as well as with top AI researchers and professors from Swedish universities and research institutes.

Need to know/have:

• Interest in and some experience with NLP, NLU, NLG
• Interest in and some experience with Tensorflow
• Python
• Git
• Good backend skills (maybe with a desire to become more of a full-stack developer, if you aren't one already)

In order to make our core-functionality stellar, we need to have a stellar personality in charge of the development of our AI. We don’t care that much about extensive experience and a fancy portfolio, but rather that you have a nerdy passion for programming and that you wish to grow within this domain. We also believe that the biggest motivation comes from within. Therefore it’s important that you too care about the global impact we strive to achieve. We believe that you are currently studying or working as a main activity, but is looking for a new reference or challenge.

We’re currently at prototype stage, meaning we have a long road ahead. That’s why we need you on our team to make a good service great and together shape the way we create a global impact for entrepreneurs, dreamers and doers. We’re looking for a person that like to take responsibility, come up with solutions and can work independently within the team. You’ll have a lot of influence - both in your domain of expertise but also on how we shape our company culture.

The Startup

Un-or underemployment among youths is today alarmingly high, and rising. Income disparities are increasing. Economical growth is the most important factor for creating long term values for humanity. New companies and innovative startups are important for future economical growth and increased independence for citizens, but the innovation ecosystem has many barriers for potential entrepreneurs. Today, there's no solution to get quality feedback and guidance on ideas or innovations on a vast scale over a longer term that is relevant to the user. This limits the number of innovations that potentially can become expansive companies and organisations.

This is what we want to change - not just for the founders but for all stakeholders of a company. Entrepreneurship is a way of creating financial and social independence, and by doing so also reduce inequalities regarding both gender and income. We want to make an impact - not just in Sweden, but in all parts of the world. If we succeed with our mission, we’ll be able to lift more people out of poverty and fight other negative effects that come with unemployment. No matter where in the world they are. No matter how few resources they have.
