Wiredelta is a fast growing web and mobile development agency and we are on the hunt for a talented and all-around awesome HR Intern to join our Copenhagen office. RESPONSIBILITIES 

An HR intern at Wiredelta is an integral part of the department and goes the extra mile in helping us find and choose the right people for our team. You will help spread Wiredelta vibes over various job portals, assist in sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for our Copenhagen office, as well as set up presentations and partnerships with universities or other organizations and participate in recruitment events. Although tasks in our department can become administratively repetitive at times, no two days are the same as we are in contact with potential candidates from all over the world every day.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

Primary Skills

• Education: Business/HR Degree or equivalent 
• Knowledge & interest in building strong organizational processes
• Great empathy, organization and time management skills
• Being proactive, resourceful and detail oriented
• Taking initiative in improving our internal recruitment processes
• Native or bilingual proficiency in English 

Secondary Skills

• Experience in a digital or web agency 
• Interest in and/or knowledge within Danish employment law (e.g. Integration Law)
• Knowledge of the Danish language

PRACTICAL DETAILS

• Location: Copenhagen (Denmark). The applicant must have the right to reside and work in Denmark or be willing to pursue the visa process at his/her initiative. WD assists newcomers with the necessary documents, but doesn’t sponsor the process.
• Start date: April 2019
• The Internship is a part time unpaid learning experience for a minimum of 3 months
