Now we are looking for a talented HR Manager to accelerate our growth and help us get to the next stage!  

Job responsibilities includes job and task analysis, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management. Your most important job is to ensure our company attracts, hires and retains the best employees, while growing strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. 

To be successful in this role, you should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. You will play a big part in an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employment brand together with the marketing team and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Plan and optimize interview and selection processes 
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives 
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media etc. 
  • Develop and implement employee onboarding programs 
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Lead employer branding initiatives and promote company’s reputation as “best place to work” 
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates and ensure positive candidate experience 
  • Keep track and utilize vital recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire) 

Requirements: 

  • People oriented and a results driven mindset 
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), as well as HRIS or HRMS 
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews and candidate evaluations 
  • Fluent spoken and written Finnish and English. Swedish is a big plus! 
  • Experience and passion for employer branding 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Experience from full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
