Volt is a start-up in the festival industry, who is looking for a new colleague to head the HR team and recruit, manage and care for our festival staff. The Position
Volt is a dynamic company with a core office of approximately 10-15 people, +100 paid seasonal staff and +600 volunteers over the festival season. It is vital for our business that all employees live up to our values and match our young, fun and innovative profile. This poses a great challenge for our HR team who every year recruits, trains and manages hundreds of young talents to take responsibility for our service at festivals.
As the HR Manager, it will be your role to develop, organize, and evaluate this process as we go. You will lead a team of people whose responsibilities will include:
