We are looking for a Technical Customer Support to be the main point of contact for Kisi’s existing accounts. Foster positive and long lasting relationships with our clients and help with account migrations as well as upcoming expansions. The ideal candidate has a proactive and energetic attitude and is not afraid to handle complex technical and analytical issues interfacing with IT. Join the Kisi Krew as a Technical Customer Support and work together with the Sales and Product team in a rewarding and demanding work environment!

 

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a technical client services environment
  • Proven success managing clients at a B2B company
  • Technical project management skills preferred
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build relationships
  • Ability to learn technical concepts quickly and a general interest in tech
  • Excellent written and communication skills
