Job Description

At BotSupply you will assist our team in accounting, reporting and administrative activities. At BotSupply, no two days are the same but the following projects and tasks will be part of your new role:

• You assist with relevant accounting and finance activities
• You prepare and analyze quarterly financial reporting and annual financial statements
• You take part in creating management and investor reports
• You take over daily activities like general administrative tasks
• You will organize documents both physical and electronic
• You will support with legal matters
• You will deal with the administration and processing of correspondence on behalf of the Board

Qualifications

• You study a related field, or have already completed your degree
• You have good knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills
• You are highly reliable, structured thinking skills, and possess a hands-on mentality
• You are an ambitious team player who drives the projects forward proactively
• You have excellent English communication skills. Danish is a plus.
