Our software is beautiful, data-intense and smart securing our clients the best insights to document their results. We're looking for a Customer Success Manager, who can commercialize our services on the german market.
The Role:You will be joining our newly established team and report directly to our Customer Success Director. In the beginning you will be responsible for building up our presence on the German market by contacting potential clients, so they join our free news community - later on you will help our customers succeed by maximizing the value of our services and secure retention. You're talking with Marketing, PR and Communication specialists, this means that knowledge and interest to the Communication Industry is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients (cold calling)
- Product Demos & advisory
- Ensuring happy and satisfied clients
- Ad Hoc tasks.
- The response from the market is great and we're growing fast so with good performance the role will naturally evolve into new responsibilities.
About You:
You must have a great drive, be proactive, be enthusiastic and don’t mind to get your hands dirty - You're probably studying at a business school or an university. However, it's your personality that's important. Your interests include media, communications and new and smarter ways of doing things. Your native language is German and you profficiancy in English is good. You must love to make contact, meet new people (also on the phone and on Skype), understand their needs, create valuable insights, to sell, and create that win-win atmosphere all around.
