Student Assistant - Customer Success Manager

Your Job Responsibilities  

As a student assistant, we expect you to work 16-18 hours a week. You will be part of our sales team and play an important role in engaging and onboarding new customers. Among others, you will:

  • Prepare customer meetings, setting up and adjusting our software for the meetings.
  • Participate in weekly B2B customer meetings and closing deals.
  • Onboard new customers, integrating customer employee data and adjusting our platform to the customer organization.
  • Support and following-up on customer inquiries.
  • Evaluate customer satisfaction and gather customer feedback.
  • Ensure that our customers are happy and satisfied.  

Qualifications  

The ideal candidate would be outgoing and service-minded, a people-person, persistant and attentive to details. You thrive working in a team and is energized by meeting new people. The candidate must fulfill the following requirements:

  • A bachelor degree and studying at a relevant business school or university. Preferably at 1st year of Master’s Program.
  • Practical experience with B2B or B2C sales and/or customer care. 
  • Tech-savvy and with a good understanding and flair for software.
  • You are fluent in written and oral Danish and English.  
  • Experience from a start-up is a benefit.
