Minuba is a Danish IT company that wishes to improve the workflows in the construction and service industry. Minubas goal is to democratize access for craftsmen to run their business professionally - regardless of size. We offer an online case management system that allows businesses to reduce the amount of manual administrative work while the system is easy to use. We create overview, optimize processes, increase efficiency, and improve the liquidity of our customers all at a reasonable cost.

We currently have many exciting projects in the pipeline that we need extra hands for. Therefore, we are looking for ambitious and structured student workers. It is expected that you are undergoing your bachelor's degree - or just started your master's degree - in business economics, international trade/sales, marketing or other relevant studies. It is a plus if you have experience from a similar position, but not a requirement. It is expected that you can recognize the following skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear analytical, structured and solution-oriented work approach
• The three most important characteristics: Proactive, outgoing and independent
• Fluent in English as well as a good understanding of Scandinavian languages
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Excel and PowerPoint)

Even though we encourage independence, it's also important that you can work with different teams across the organization. The position is 10-15 + hours a week with a flexible work schedule, especially during exam periods.

Many of your tasks will be project-based and you will gain insights into several departments at Minuba through your work. It may be marketing, finance or something completely different. Most importantly, you must be willing to take ownership of the tasks and be able to work independently.
