The CTO Position

The heart of Coderstrust is an online platform, bringing education to everyone. This makes the CTO position a key role in Coderstrust and vital for future success.

As CTO in Coderstrust, you will be responsible for developing the next version of the platform, where you use your knowledge and experience to design a modular and future proof architecture, built from scratch but also utilising third party modules and plugins, in a mixture, that gives the most value for the platform.

You will be an important part of the management team, and we hope that your ideas and thoughts can help us make the best version of the CodersTrust possible.

You will manage a small team of developers and your job is to insure a good coherence, direction and stability, both on the team and in the solution that we build together.

What we expect:

• Hands on experience with complex web-development
• An academic background with minimum a bachelor in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
• Practical and Academic experience within modern IT-architecture
• Passionate about helping others in need and share our vision
• You are organized and can work independently
• You can work in a team and organize other people tasks
• Experience in Developing a platform will be a plus
• Fluency in English is a must, other languages are appreciated
• Technologies and architecture is free for you to decide, as long as we talk generally recognised, newer and supported frameworks and languages

You will have your daily doings at our office in the very heart of Copenhagen, together with the rest of the team, and we are very flexible in regards to working hours and other aspects. Passion beats policies.
