Who are we looking for?

To support our rapid growth – especially in commercial departments - we are looking for a smart, reliable and diligent student worker to help our new Sales Operations team in the Copenhagen office. Sales Ops is laser-focused on scalability, measurability and smooth workflows across the entire sales process from Lead Generation and Marketing, across Business Development and Sales to Customer Success & Delivery.

As our Sales Operations Assistant, you will have a lot of different tasks, as the team relates to almost every part of the business and works closely with management. No day is the same; you will need to think on your feet, and proactively seek out information needed to complete a task in the best possible way, as well as maintain focus on running operational tasks. Hacks are great, but scalability is better. You will work in a supporting role, but this is a small team and there is a lot of room to grow.

Responsibilities

  • Working as an administrator in our CRM (SalesForce), helping to ensure data health as well as scalability in workflows.
  • Data collection for ad hoc as well as ongoing analytical tasks.
  • Help manage lead assignment to the sales teams.
  • Update our internal Wiki with guidelines and best-practice articles.
  • Ad hoc tasks on everything from market analysis and sales performance reporting up to and including purchasing new desks for the office and helping to create presentations for board meetings.

Requirements / the ideal candidate

  • Currently studying at a university or a business academy.
  • Drive - ambition, dedication to excellence and a strong work ethic.
  • Concise communicator – quick to get to the point.
  • Humility & integrity– take responsibility of your tasks but don’t be afraid to ask for help
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail.
  • Microsoft Office skills - a high level of proficiency in especially Excel but also Powerpoint.
  • International mindset - at the last count we had 30 different nationalities, so an international mindset and fluent English are a must.
  • Ideally you are studying a Bachelor’s Degree within an area related to Business Administration.
  • Previous experience in an analytical role is a plus but not a requirement.

Working at
Templafy

We love improving the way businesses work with documents, presentations and emails. With over 500,000 Templafy users worldwide already, we count several prominent global organizations as customers and work closely with Microsoft as a Gold Partner TechRadar says “Templafy is one of the best document management tools out there." We have a talent pool structure; our management team is recruited from the very top of their class. On the other hand, we also have a big pool of young talents. This creates some very good dynamics in our company where our young employees can learn from the experts. People in our staff are all very different and love each other for it. Our environment is spacious with lots of social events and dinners, sharing Fridays with personal presentations and initiatives, bars and more. The vision of Templafy is extraordinarily ambitious: we’re working to define this new market space of ours with about a billion users in total. Our employees need to be able to work at fast pace, our environment is very “give and take”, you come to work when you want and you can work remotely. While our ambitions are high and our speed is fast, we’re still working sane hours and don’t expect anyone to work 80 hours a week. Happiness is more important than pressure here.
