Dixa is growing and we're currently looking to staff our Inside Sales Department with Business Development Representatives (full and part time) and Account Executives. We're therefore hosting another Dixa Draft Day on Thur 20 Sep at our HQ in Copenhagen! In short, it's your opportunity to pitch yourself and why you want to kickstart or build on your career in sales at one of the fastest growing international tech startups in Scandinavia!


What on Planet Earth is Dixa Draft Day?

Dixa Draft Day is your chance to show us who you are and get a feel for the company. All participants will be asked to prepare a short presentation, no more than 3 min. No need to prepare a lengthy Power Point presentation, we just want to see YOU!

You might have a long and glorious career in sales behind you, or you might be brand new to sales, fresh out of school or switching lanes in your career - our main objective is to find people with the right attitude, personality and motivation. And that's what you need to show us in your brief presentation.

The LowDown

Account Executives

As an Account Executive in Dixa you'll be busy closing a specific amount of deals each month based on leads, prospects, demos and meetings, developing your own pipeline/vertical/region/country, working on understanding our customers' problems, building strong interpersonal relationships and convincing prospects of the true value of our product and how it will revolutionize the business from within.  

A successful Account Executive at Dixa can show and prove the following skills:

  • Ability to speak technology fluently
  • Proven tech/startup sales experience, ideally in the SaaS industry for mid-market companies
  • Proven track record of building a client base and consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  • Ability to communicate with Manager and C-level or equivalent professionals
  • Ability to identify customer problems and propose a great solution fit for their painds and needs
  • Comfortable in engaging and conversing in relation to management techniques and basic business / financial benefits including Return on Investment, Total Cost of Ownership, Business Value Assessment, etc.
  • Very proactive and upbeat with strong organisational skills
  • Strong technical understanding and excellent presentation skills
  • Must be fluent in Danish & English

Business Development Representatives 

As a BDR in Dixa you'll be responsible for driving revenue pipeline through outbound prospecting and following up on marketing sourced leads. You'll be working closely with the marketing and account executive team to drive pipeline, demos and meetings, and receive all the training you need to articulate and evangelise Dixa's business benefits.

A successful Business Development Representative at Dixa can show and prove the following skills:

  • A fundamental drive to be successful and an optimistic mindset
  • Team-oriented and collaborative nature - a positive attitude and desire to win are a must
  • Works hard and takes initiative to deliver value to our prospects and customers
  • Ability to “connect the dots” and “figure it out” - SaaS, tech, prospecting and social business networks can be a complex mix
  • Take personal ownership to be successful in the role
  • Adapt to and thrive in new situations where you’re challenged
  • A will and belief to overachieve against your quota for the team to hit its goals
  • Genuine curiosity about people, technology and business, with excellent listening skills
  • Strong track record of performance in a previous role or in University or Business School
  • Detail oriented, organised mindset with an ability to manage time effectively
  • A competitive nature in some field (e.g. sport, athletics etc.) is a plus
  • SaaS knowledge or sales experience a major plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
