In August 2016 we introduced the first digital student card in Finland, which now has over 100 000 users and was awarded as the Best Mobile Utility Service in Finland 2016. Frank, however, is much more than just a student card - we aim to change the way students can live their daily lives, as a student, using the services they want and need faster, easier, better and more rewarding to all parties involved in the process.

Community Specialist to join our team!

We at Frank believe in learning by doing, but for this position you should already have some experience about

• Student life in Finland
• Customers service experience
• Experience from Student Unions in Finland is a plus

Your main responsibilities will be

• Customer service operations
  
• Our B2C customer satisfaction
• Assisting in our product development and marketing operations

What we expect from you

• Fluent skills in Finnish and English is a must, Swedish is a huge plus
  
• Excellent social intelligence
• Excellent sense of — or willingness to figure out — what our users (students) want and need
• Innovative and problems solving can do attitude
• Professionalism in handling well customer service situations
• Commitment to our company values: 1) student comes first, 2) be frank, and 3) do, learn, repeat

We need you here asap and hope to enjoy your company and expertise up to end on January 2019. There is a some flexibility depending on our needs and wants on how full-time vs part-time the contract would be, but we are looking for someone who can commit at least 4/5 working days and work the basic office hours. We can get to the details when we hear from you!

Depending on the contract that we agree to together, we offer an hourly based or monthly salary and a lunch benefit, 10 awesome colleagues and a chance to make a concrete difference through your work. We are heavily developing our service, so you won’t run out of new things, dilemmas and opportunities to work with. Frank serves the students in Finland, which is the most interesting and fast moving group of 0.5 million individuals to work for and with. Our office is located in Kaisaniemi, Helsinki.
