As Senior Finance Manager at Karma you will hold ultimate responsibility for the finance department by overseeing the numbers and overseeing the development of the financials and analysing what moves the needle for the business. You will be compiling budgets, following up on projections as well as releasing reports for all key stakeholders of the company. You will lead and monitor larger financial projects such as bringing bookkeeping and salary management in house or changing ERP systems.. Furthermore, you will be setting up a financial infrastructure that fully enables multi market expansion.

Your ultimate goal is to shape a fully functioning finance department that is ready to scale rapidly without friction on all fronts

Your role will include:

• Management of daily, monthly and yearly financial tasks on a routine basis
• Long- and short term financial budgeting, tracking and reporting, both to company management and external stakeholders.
• Working closely with the company leadership to assist in strategic decision making.
• Assisting the management and the expansion team incompliance questions when entering new markets as well as when expanding on existing ones.
• Leading and monitoring larger financial projects such as bringing bookkeeping and salary management in house.
• Taking the necessary actions to ensure continuous, frictionless growth.
• Administering HR-related tasks and documentations.

About you:

• Based in Stockholm.
• You have the drive and ambition to grow and take on larger projects as the company grows.
• You have 2-4 years of experience as a finance manager or similar and has the relevant experience of transitioning from external to internal bookkeeping.
• Previous accounting or auditing experience.
• Proficient in Swedish and English.
• You have an analytical mindset and you possess the ability to quickly adapt to new situations.
• You have excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English.
