Karma is on a mission to transform the way the world thinks about food consumption.
We are looking for a General Manager to lead Karma’s expansion into Germany. This is a critical role leading the local team in Karma’s second expansion market and one of the largest markets in Europe
As Germany GM, your role will be to implement and adapt the expansion playbook, lead and manage local sales and marketing teams, and establish and lead the Berlin office. You will work with central Sales and Marketing managers to set targets and budgets for your team, and then be accountable for their execution.
Your primary role is to is to act as CEO for your market and do whatever it takes to establish Karma in Germany. You will have to have drive and hustle to get things done in the face of multiple barriers. You will have to be data-driven to set and then manage to targets. You will have to be creative and pragmatic in adapting the Karma playbook to the nuances of the German market. You will have to be able to manage people from different teams and functions and yourself will have to be an all-rounder, able to execute on sales, marketing, PR, finance, operations and whatever else is needed for the success of the market
