We are looking for an experienced and well organized HR Manager to help us further build our team. This is a critical role within the Karma organization as we believe that our team is the strongest asset we have, and developing the organization will be critical to the success of the company.
As HR Manager you will mainly work with developing and improving internal processes and plans that affect the employees in regards to things such as compensation, career development and employee life cycle. Furthermore, your contributions will be critical when setting new hiring plans, iterating on existing recruitment processes as well as overseeing and coordinating our recruitment efforts. That being said, you do not mind getting into the trenches yourself to perform a variety of administrative tasks that come your way.
As you will assume responsibility for the well being- and culture of the team you will have to be able to use your social skills as well as your administrative skills to your advantage to identify and solve problems that arise. To succeed in this role you are most likely a person that gets along with all kinds of people, and having the mindset of helping others out is something that comes very naturally to you.
